Emojis represents like: “Loves” it with a big red heart, finds it “Funny”, open-mouthed, laughing mirth with squinty-eyed, and surprising with open-mouthed “Wow-ness” or with one-tear coming down the cheek ‘Sadness’ or with orange-forehead glowering ‘MADNESS’!!
According to a posting Mark Zuckerberg made on his Facebook page, the emojis are shown reactions that line up next to the just like, signifying Love, Yay, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry. He said that Facebook team has spent a lot of time on thinking about the best way to give you the best options for expressing yourself, with keeping the experience simple and respectful.

If the emojis button are rolled out to a users feed, then there will be no way of turning them off.
