Indian New Year has its own ethics and definitions as this is the day when people wish for many things and promise to do something better whole year. Many people in India start their new work on the first day of the New Year celebration in India with best wishes and blessings of God.

According to the Hindu calendar, New Year is known as Vikram Samvat or Hindu New Year in India. In 2018, it is beginning from 18th March (The 1st Day of Chaitra).
